Weekly Announcements

OUT OF THE OFFICE–Heather will be out of the office Monday, July 3 through Friday, July 7.  The office will essentially be closed that week.  However, someone will be in to check phone messages/emails daily.

Meals for Meadows Family–Life in the Meadows house is going to be very busy soon with the arrival of triplet boys! Let’s show them our love and support by providing meals, making that one less thing they have to do! If you would like to prepare a meal, please go to www.takethemameal.com to sign up (go to the Find box and type in Meadows for the recipients name and the password is 3333). Meals should be left in the church kitchen by 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Dates, meal ideas, likes and dislikes can all be found on the website. Please call or text Roxanne Moser at 865-696-4004 if you have any questions or need help signing up.

NEW DIRECTORY–If you were not able to get your picture taken for our new directory and would like to submit one, please e-mail the picture to Heather or bring it to the church office by Monday, July 17th.  If you have any questions, please call Heather at 865-475-2761.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY…SERIOUSLY?…We SERIOUSLY need volunteers!  VBS is set for  July 16-19.  Our theme is going to be Bible-filled and fun-filled.  The youth are encouraged to sign up to help.  We need 2-3 volunteers to help with the preschool age; 2-3 to help with crafts; 2-3 to help with Bible lessons; 2-3 to help with outside activities. We also SERIOUSLY need used white socks for our snowball fight.  And we are SERIOUSLY going to have a BIG BIRTHDAY PARTY on Wednesday, July 19th, to close our Bible School.  Please mark these dates on your calendar and call Kay (865.591.9640) or the church office and sign up!  SERIOUSLY!
